Common use of Rental Default Clause in Contracts

Rental Default. Lessor may place Lessee in default of this Lease by giving Lessee ten (10) days written notice for Lessee’s failure or refusal to timely pay rent as provided in Section 3. During the ten (10) day notice period, Lessee shall cure its rent default, including delinquent fees; otherwise, this Lease may be terminated at Lessor’s sole option without further notice.
