Rental Management Program. Upon request, Hydro One will arrange for a rental management firm to rent an employee's house when he/she is expected to return within five years and will pay the costs associated with this arrangement if it is in Hydro One’s financial interests to do so.

Rental Management Program. Upon request, AMEC NSS will arrange for a rental management firm to rent an employee's house when he/she is expected to return within five years and will pay the costs associated with this arrangement if it is in AMEC NSS's financial interests to do so.

Rental Management Program. OWNER will make available for rental, and ASSOCIATION will offer for rental, OWNER’s Property, in accordance with the rental rates adopted by the ASSOCIATION shown on (Exhibit A) of this Agreement. The services provided by ASSOCIATION to OWNER shall include without limitation obtaining tenants, managing OWNER’S property, collecting rental income, advertising and promoting OWNERS’S property, and providing (i) monthly statement within ten (10) days after the end of the month (with a 2-day grace period), and (ii) a completed IRS Form 1099-MISC at year-end.
