RENTAL OF THE VEHICLE. 2.1 The parties agree that Tempest rents the Vehicle to the Client, who hires the Vehicle subject to the terms and conditions as set out herein. The Client will be bound by these terms and conditions, whether he was driving the Vehicle or not.
