Rental Policy. a. For events occurring within 30 days of Agreement execution, User will pay a 100% deposit at time of contract execution. b. For events occurring within 60 days of Agreement execution, User will pay a 50% deposit at time of Agreement execution, with the balance due 30 days from event start date. c. For events occurring 60 days or more from Agreement execution, User will pay a 25% deposit at time of Agreement execution, 50% deposit 60 days from event start date and the balance due 30 days from event start date.
