Rentals Prohibited. RENTALS OF RESIDENCES IN WATERFORD ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This includes Airbnb and any other transient rental programs. Further, Tenant shall not permit any person, (other than the named Tenant(s), their family, and guests) to occupy the Residence or Lot without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be withheld for any reason or no reason. If a family member or guest will be staying at your home for more than 2 weeks, the management office must be notified in writing and must be approved. This is for the safety of all tenants.
