Common use of Rents a Separate Covenant Clause in Contracts

Rents a Separate Covenant. Airline will not for any reason withhold or reduce its required payments of Rents provided in this Agreement, it being expressly understood and agreed by the Parties that the payment of Rents is a covenant by Airline that is independent of the other covenants of the Parties hereunder.
