Reorganized Company as Successor. On the Effective Date, all rights and obligations of the Company under this Agreement shall vest in the Reorganized Company and the Plan shall include language to such effect. From and after the Effective Date, the Reorganized Company shall be deemed to be a party to this Agreement as the successor to all rights and obligations of the Company hereunder.
