Repackaging and Relabeling. Distributor shall not repackage or relabel any Products or remove or in any manner deface any codes or markings on the Company’s packages or containers without the Company’s prior written approval. Distributor shall promptly notify the Company of any such actions undertaken by any person or entity which comes to Distributor’s attention.
