Repair and Maintenance Obligations of Tower Operator. Tower Operator has the obligation, right and responsibility to repair and maintain each Site in accordance with tower industry standards, including an obligation to maintain the structural integrity of all of the Towers and to ensure that all of the Towers have at all times the structural loading capacity to hold and support all Communications Equipment then mounted on the Tower.
