Repair of Building and Common Areas. Except for repairs required to be made by Landlord under the Master Lease, all repairs to the Premises other than the Sublease Premises shall be coordinated by and through Sublandlord. To the extent the repairs are not paid for from Landlord’s insurance or are not otherwise required to be made by or paid for by Landlord under the terms of the Master Lease, the costs of repair will be paid in the following manner:
