REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED EQUIPMENT OR FACILITIES. In the event that the Company causes damage to the City’s equipment or facilities, the Company shall, at its own expense, promptly repair or replace such damaged items to restore them to the same level of functionality that they possessed prior to the Company’s action.
