Repair/Replacement. The Employer shall repair or replace all required equipment items required by the Employer which are excessively worn or rendered inoperable not due to negligence on the part of the member. Members are responsible for the repair or replacement of excessively worn, lost, damaged, or inoperable equipment which is due to negligence on the part of the member.
