Common use of Repatriation of Mortal Remains/Ashes Clause in Contracts

Repatriation of Mortal Remains/Ashes. Upon the death of an Insured caused by Xxxxxx Injury or sudden Illness, IPA will on behalf of the Company arrange and pay for the repatriation of the Insured’s body or ashes to the Insured’s place of burial in the Insured’s Place of Residence. The cost of coffin is not covered. The maximum amount payable under this section is HKD40,000.
