Repayment at Option of Holders. Any series of Securities may, if so specified in accordance with Section 2.02, have provisions for the repayment of such Securities before their Maturity at the option of Holders of Securities of such series. The terms and requirements of any such repayment and option will be established in the manner contemplated by Section 2.02 for that particular series of Securities.
