Common use of REPAYMENT BY FISCAL AGENT Clause in Contracts

REPAYMENT BY FISCAL AGENT. Sums paid by or by arrangement with the Issuer to the Fiscal Agent pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall not be required to be repaid to the Issuer unless and until any Note or Coupon becomes void under the provisions of Condition 8 but in that event the Fiscal Agent shall forthwith repay to the Issuer sums equivalent to the amounts which would otherwise have been payable in respect of the relevant Note or Coupon.

REPAYMENT BY FISCAL AGENT. Sums paid by or by arrangement with the Issuer to the Fiscal Agent pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall not be required to be repaid to the Issuer unless and until any Note or Coupon becomes void under the provisions of Condition 8 10 but in that event the Fiscal Agent shall forthwith repay to the Issuer sums equivalent to the amounts which would otherwise have been payable in respect paid by the Issuer to the Fiscal Agent and not disbursed by virtue of the relevant Note or CouponNotes becoming void.

REPAYMENT BY FISCAL AGENT. Sums paid by or by arrangement with the Issuer to the Fiscal Agent pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall not be required to be repaid to the Issuer unless and until any Note or Coupon matures or any Note or Coupon or claim for payment in relation to the Notes becomes void under the provisions of Condition 8 5 and 7 but in that event the Fiscal Agent shall forthwith repay to the Issuer sums equivalent to the amounts which would otherwise have been payable in respect of the relevant Note or Coupon.

REPAYMENT BY FISCAL AGENT. Sums paid by or by arrangement with the Issuer to the Fiscal Agent pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall not be required to be repaid to the Issuer unless and until any Note or Coupon becomes void under the provisions of Condition 8 9 but in that event the Fiscal Agent shall forthwith as soon as practicable repay to the Issuer sums equivalent to the amounts which would otherwise have been payable in respect of paid by the relevant Note or CouponIssuer to the Fiscal Agent.

REPAYMENT BY FISCAL AGENT. Sums paid by by, or by arrangement with with, the Issuer to the Fiscal Agent pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall not be required to be repaid to the Issuer (i) unless such payment constitutes an overpayment or (ii) unless and until all the claims in respect of any Note or Coupon becomes become void under the provisions of Condition 8 9 but in that event the Fiscal Agent shall forthwith repay to the Issuer sums equivalent to the amounts which would otherwise have been payable in respect of the relevant Note or CouponNote.

REPAYMENT BY FISCAL AGENT. Sums paid by or by arrangement with the Issuer to the Fiscal Agent pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall not be required to be repaid to the Issuer unless and until any Note or Coupon becomes void under the provisions of Condition 8 10 (Prescription) but in that event the Fiscal Agent shall forthwith promptly repay to the Issuer sums equivalent to the amounts which would otherwise have been payable in respect of the relevant Note or Coupon.

Sums paid by or by arrangement with the Issuer to the Fiscal Agent pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall not be required to be repaid to the Issuer unless and until any Note or Coupon becomes void under the provisions of Condition 8 9 but in that event the Fiscal Agent shall forthwith repay to the Issuer sums equivalent to the amounts which would otherwise have been payable in respect paid by the Issuer to the Fiscal Agent and not disbursed by virtue of the relevant Note or CouponNotes becoming void.

Sums paid by by, or by arrangement with with, the Issuer to the Fiscal Agent pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall not be required to be repaid to the Issuer unless and until all the claims in respect of any Note or Coupon becomes become void under the provisions of Condition 8 but 11 (Prescription) but, in that event event, the Fiscal Agent shall forthwith repay to the Issuer sums equivalent to the amounts which would otherwise have been payable in respect of the relevant Note or CouponNote.

Sums paid by or by arrangement with the Issuer or the Guarantor to the Fiscal Agent pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall not be required to be repaid to the Issuer or the Guarantor unless and until any Note or Coupon becomes void under the provisions of Condition 8 9 but in that event the Fiscal Agent shall forthwith repay to the Issuer or, if so directed by the Issuer, to the Guarantor sums equivalent to the amounts which would otherwise have been payable in respect of the relevant Note or Coupon.
