Common use of Repayment Dates Clause in Contracts

Repayment Dates. The first Repayment Instalment shall be repaid on 9 December 2012, each subsequent Repayment Instalment shall be repaid at 3-monthly intervals thereafter and the last Repayment Instalment together with the Balloon Instalment shall be repaid on the Final Maturity Date.

The Save as previously repaid or prepaid, the first Repayment Instalment shall be repaid on 9 30 December 20122017, each subsequent Repayment Instalment shall be repaid at 3-monthly intervals thereafter and the second and the last Repayment Instalment shall be paid, together with the Balloon Instalment shall be repaid Instalment, on the Final Maturity Date30 March 2018.”.
