Repayment; Evidence of Debt; Administration. (a) The Loans shall be subject to voluntary prepayment as provided in Section 2.10 hereof, to mandatory prepayment as provided in Section 2.11 hereof, to amortization as provided in Section 2.12 hereof and to acceleration as provided in Article 7 hereof.
