Common use of Repayment/Forfeiture Clause in Contracts

Repayment/Forfeiture. Any benefits Participant may receive hereunder shall be subject to repayment or forfeiture as may be required to comply with the requirements of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or any applicable law, including the requirements of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, or any securities exchange on which the Common Stock is traded, as may be in effect from time to time.
