Common use of Repayment notice Clause in Contracts

Repayment notice. DFAT may give the Recipient a notice requiring the Recipient to pay to DFAT (or deal with as specified by DFAT) an amount which DFAT is entitled to recover under this Clause 10 or Clause 12 (Assets). If DFAT gives a notice under Clause 10.3(a), the Recipient must pay the amount specified in the notice in full (or deal with it as specified by DFAT) within 14 days after the date of the notice.
