Common use of Repayment notice Clause in Contracts

Repayment notice. ACC may give the Recipient a notice requiring the Recipient to pay to ACC an amount which ACC is entitled to recover under this clause 3.4. If ACC gives a notice under this clause, the Recipient must pay the amount specified in the notice in full within one month after the date of the notice.
