Common use of Repayment notice Clause in Contracts

Repayment notice. The University may give the Recipient a notice requiring the Recipient to pay to the University (or deal with as specified by the University) an amount which the University is entitled to recover. If the University gives such a notice, the Recipient must pay the amount specified in the notice in full (or deal with it as specified by the University) within 14 days after the date of the notice.
