Common use of Repayment of Amounts Held by Paying Agent Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Amounts Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to the Notes, all funds then held by any Paying Agent other than the Indenture Trustee under this Indenture with respect to such Notes shall, upon demand of the Issuer, be paid to the Indenture Trustee to be held and applied according to Section 4.1, and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such funds.

Repayment of Amounts Held by Paying Agent. In connection with the satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture with respect to the Notes, all funds amounts then held by any Paying Agent other than the Indenture Trustee under the provisions of this Indenture with respect to such Notes shall, upon demand of the Issuer and the Co-Issuer, be paid remitted to the Indenture Trustee to be held and applied according pursuant to Section 4.17.3 hereof and, in the case of amounts payable on the Notes, in accordance with the Priority of Payments and thereupon such Paying Agent shall be released from all further liability with respect to such fundsamounts.
