Repayment of Capital and Loans. Except to the extent available from the portion of the Partnership Assets corresponding to a Partner’s Partnership Interest, and subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, the General Partner shall not be liable to any Partner for repayment of principal or interest on contributions to the Partnership or for repayment of principal or interest on any loan or advance from such Partner to the Partnership.
