Common use of Repayment of Drawings Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Drawings. On and after the date of any drawing on the Letter of Credit, the Corporation will use its best efforts to cause the Dealer to sell Notes as soon as practicable and to use the proceeds of the sale of such Notes to repay such drawing.
