Repayment of Excess Distribution. If, as determined by the General Partner, any person has received a distribution that exceeds that entitlement of such person, such person shall forthwith repay to the Partnership the amount thereof upon receipt of notice to such effect from the General Partner and, if such amount is not then repaid, the General Partner may deduct such amount from any subsequent distribution to such person.
