Common use of Repayment of Existing Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Existing Indebtedness. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence that the principal of and interest on, and all other amounts owing in respect of, Indebtedness under the Existing Credit Agreement shall have been (or shall simultaneously be) paid in full, that the commitments to extend credit under the Existing Credit Agreement have been (or shall simultaneously be) canceled or terminated and letters of credit outstanding thereunder shall have expired or been terminated or shall be Existing Letters of Credit.

Repayment of Existing Indebtedness. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence Evidence that the principal of and interest on, and all other amounts owing in respect of, the Indebtedness under in respect of the Existing Credit Agreement shall have been (or shall simultaneously bebe simultaneously) paid in full, that the any commitments to extend credit under the Existing Credit Agreement agreements or instruments relating to such Indebtedness shall have been (or shall simultaneously be) canceled or terminated and letters of credit outstanding thereunder that all Guarantees in respect of, and all Liens securing, any such Indebtedness shall have expired been released (or arrangements for such release satisfactory to the Administrative Agent shall have been terminated or shall be Existing Letters of Creditmade).
