Repayment of Existing Loans Indebtedness; Conditional Discharges. The Borrower shall take all steps and actions to ensure that the Existing Loans Indebtedness is repaid on the date of first Disbursement of the Tranche I NIB Loan hereunder, and that simultaneously with such repayment, the Existing Loans Repayment Confirmations are delivered to the Conditional Discharge Escrow Agent and the Conditional Discharge is released from escrow.
