Repayment of Facility A Advances. (a) UPC Distribution shall repay each Facility A Advance in full on the Interest Date for that Advance to the Facility Agent for the Lenders, but since Facility A is available on a revolving basis amounts repaid may be reborrowed during the Facility A Availability Period subject to the terms of this Agreement.
