Common use of Repayment of Management Fee Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Management Fee. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, in the event that the Medical Group exercises its Rescission Option under this Section 13.6, the Management Company shall not be required to refund to the Medical Group any portion of the Management Fees paid, or due to be paid, by the Medical Group under the terms of this Agreement for the period beginning on the Commencement Date and ending on the Rescission Effective Date.
