Repayment of Money Owed District. 10.9.1 If monies are paid to a unit member in excess of the appropriate amount due the unit member, the unit member is liable and responsible for payment of the monies owed to the District. The unit member shall bring the overpayment to the attention of the District Payroll Department as soon as it is discovered by the unit member.
