Common use of Repayment of Multicurrency Loans Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Multicurrency Loans. The Borrower hereby unconditionally promises to pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Multicurrency Lender the then unpaid principal amount of each Multicurrency Loan of such Multicurrency Lender on the Termination Date and on such other date(s) and in such other amounts as may be required from time to time pursuant to this Agreement. The Borrower hereby further agrees to pay interest on the unpaid principal amount of the Multicurrency Loans advanced to it and from time to time outstanding until payment thereof in full at the rates per annum, and on the dates, set forth in subsection 3.4.
