Repayment of Outstanding Advances. If the identity of the Servicer shall change, the predecessor Servicer shall be entitled to receive, to the same extent as if it were still the Servicer hereunder pursuant to Article III, to the extent of available funds, reimbursement for all Outstanding Advances that were made by such predecessor Servicer and have not been repaid.
