Common use of Repayment of Participation Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Participation. (a) Upon (and only upon) receipt by the Administrative Agent for the account of the Issuing Lender of funds from the Borrower (i) in reimbursement of any payment made by the Issuing Lender under the Letter of Credit with respect to which any Lender has paid the Administrative Agent for the account of the Issuing Lender for such Lender's participation in the Letter of Credit pursuant to Section 3.03, or (ii) in payment of interest on amounts described in clause (i), the Administrative Agent will pay to each Lender, in the same funds as those received by the Administrative Agent for the account of the Issuing Lender, the amount of such Lender's Commitment Percentage of such funds, and the Issuing Lender shall receive the amount of the Commitment Percentage of such funds of any Lender that did not so pay the Administrative Agent for the account of the Issuing Lender.

Repayment of Participation. (a) Upon (and only upon) receipt by the Administrative Agent for the account of the Issuing Lender of funds from the Borrower (i) in reimbursement of any payment made by the Issuing Lender under the Letter of Credit with respect to which any Revolving Lender has paid the Administrative Agent for the account of the Issuing Lender for such Revolving Lender's ’s participation in the Letter of Credit pursuant to Section 3.033.3, or (ii) in payment of interest on amounts described in clause (i), the Administrative Agent will pay to each Revolving Lender, in the same funds as those received by the Administrative Agent for the account of the Issuing Lender, the amount of such Revolving Lender's Commitment Percentage ’s pro rata share of such funds, and the Issuing Lender shall receive the amount of the Commitment Percentage pro rata share of such funds of any Revolving Lender that did not so pay the Administrative Agent for the account of the Issuing Lender.
