Common use of Repayment of Purchase Price Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Purchase Price. If a recipient of HHF Program funds repays any or all of the funds received from Eligible Entity in connection with the Services (“Repaid Funds”), and such repayment occurs on or before the Final Repayment Date (hereinafter defined), Eligible Entity shall deposit such Repaid Funds in the Depository Account and use such Repaid Funds to provide Services or to fund the Permitted Expenses to the extent the full amount as indicated on Schedule C to the Agreement has not been drawn from Treasury pursuant to Section 3(A) of the Agreement. Any Repaid Funds retained by Eligible Entity to fund Permitted Expenses shall correspondingly reduce the amount that Eligible Entity may draw from Treasury pursuant to Section 3(A) of the Agreement to fund Permitted Expenses. For the sake of clarity, if a recipient of HHF Program funds repays any or all of the funds received from Eligible Entity in connection with the Services, and such repayment occurs after the Final Repayment Date, such repaid funds shall not be considered HHF Program funds.
