Repayment of Purchase Price. If a recipient of HHF Program funds repays any or all of the funds received from Eligible Entity in connection with the Services (“Repaid Funds”), and such repayment occurs on or before the Final Repayment Date (hereinafter defined), Eligible Entity shall deposit such Repaid Funds in the Depository Account and use such Repaid Funds to provide Services or to fund the Permitted Expenses to the extent the full amount as indicated on Schedule C to the Agreement has not been drawn from Treasury pursuant to Section 3(A) of the Agreement.
