Common use of Repayment of Term Loans; Evidence of Debt Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Term Loans; Evidence of Debt. (a) The Borrower hereby unconditionally promises to pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender the principal amount of each Term Loan of such Lender made to the Borrower on the Term Loan Maturity Date, together with accrued and unpaid interest and Fees on the principal amount to be paid to but excluding the date of prepayment.

(a) The Borrower Borrowers hereby unconditionally promises to pay repay (on a joint and several basis) the Term Loans to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender on the Termination Date, the remainder of the principal amount of each Term Loan of such Lender made to the Borrower on the Term Loan Maturity DateLoans outstanding on such date, together in each case with accrued and unpaid interest and Fees on the principal amount to be paid to but excluding the date of prepaymentsuch payment.

Repayment of Term Loans; Evidence of Debt. (a) The Borrower hereby unconditionally promises to pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Lender the principal amount of the Term Loans in annual principal installments, each in the amount of 10% of the aggregate amount of all Term Loan Loans that have been made hereunder (without giving effect to any payments or prepayments thereof) and payable on each one year anniversary of such Lender made to the Borrower Closing Date, and shall pay the remaining principal balance of the Term Loans on the Term Loan Maturity Date, together with accrued and unpaid interest and Fees on the principal amount to be paid to but excluding the date of prepayment.
