Common use of Repayment to the Company; Unclaimed Money Clause in Contracts

Repayment to the Company; Unclaimed Money. The Trustee and any Paying Agent shall promptly pay or return to the Company upon written request any cash or U.S. Government Securities held by them at any time that, in the opinion of a nationally recognized firm of independent public accountants evidenced by a written certification thereof delivered to the Trustee, are not required for the payment of the principal and interest on the Debt Securities of such series for which cash or U.S. Government Securities have been deposited pursuant to Section 8.4 or Section 8.5.
