Common use of Repayment to the Corporation Clause in Contracts

Repayment to the Corporation. To the extent that the aggregate amount of cash deposited by the Corporation pursuant to the provisions of this Article 3 exceeds the aggregate purchase amount or portions thereof that the Corporation is obligated to purchase, then the Trustee shall return any such excess cash to the Corporation as soon as practicable following the completion of the applicable requirements hereunder.

Repayment to the Corporation. To the extent that the aggregate amount of cash deposited by the Corporation pursuant to the provisions of this Article 3 exceeds the aggregate purchase purchase, repurchase or redemption amount or portions thereof that the Corporation is obligated to purchase, repurchase or redeem, then the Trustee shall return any such excess cash to the Corporation as soon as practicable following the completion of the applicable requirements hereunder.
