Common use of Repayment to the Issuers Clause in Contracts

Repayment to the Issuers. The Trustee and the Paying Agent shall promptly deliver to the Issuers upon request any excess U.S. Legal Tender and U.S. Government Obligations and proceeds therefrom held by them at any time and thereupon shall be relieved from all liability with respect to such money, securities and proceeds. Subject to any applicable abandoned property law, any money, U.S. Government Obligations or proceeds therefrom deposited with or received by the Trustee or any Paying Agent, or held by the Parent Guarantor or any of its Subsidiaries, in trust for the payment of the principal, premium, if any, or interest on any Note, remaining unclaimed for two years after such principal, premium, if any, or interest has become due and payable shall be paid to the Issuers on its request or (if then held by the Parent Guarantor or any of its Subsidiaries) shall be discharged from such trust and the Holder of such Note shall thereafter look only to the Issuers as general creditors for payment thereof, and all liability of the Trustee or such Paying Agent with respect to such money, U.S. Government Obligations and proceeds, and all liability of the Parent Guarantor or any of its Subsidiaries as trustee thereof, shall thereupon cease.
