Common use of Repayment Clause in Contracts

Repayment. 10.1 If any of the Grant has been spent other than in accordance with this Agreement or any amount of the Grant is additional to the requirements of the Activity, the Grantee agrees to repay that amount to the Commonwealth unless agreed otherwise. 10.2 The amount to be repaid under clause 10.1 may be deducted by the Commonwealth from subsequent payments of the Grant or amounts payable under another agreement between the Grantee and the Commonwealth.
