Repeat Disclosures Sample Clauses

Repeat Disclosures. The Parties agree that after (i) a disclosure pursuant to Section 12.7 (Publicity; Use of Names) or Section 12.4 (Authorized Disclosures) or (ii) the issuance of a press release (including the initial press release) or other public announcement pursuant to this Section 12.7.1 (Press Release) that has been reviewed and approved by the other Party, the disclosing Party may make subsequent public disclosures reiterating such information as previously reviewed and approved; provided that the information in such press release or other public announcement remains true, correct, and the most current information with respect to the subject matters set forth therein, complies with Applicable Law and would not reasonably be expected to adversely impact the other Party; provided, further, that such Party will provide the other Party with a draft of such proposed disclosure for the other Party’s review and comment at least [***] prior to the proposed disclosure date.
