Common use of REPEATING COURSES Clause in Contracts

REPEATING COURSES. Should the learner/student fail any specific course or subject for which the Bursary was granted and the Institution does not permit the learner/student to be promoted to the (next level) following year of the certificate/diploma/degree for which s/he has enrolled, the Bursary granted in terms of this Agreement shall immediately be suspended and shall not be renewed for such succeeding year or study period subject to paragraph 6.4.
