Common use of Repeating Transfers Clause in Contracts

Repeating Transfers. Repeating transfers that are for the same fixed amount each month will be sent in accordance with your Instructions and on the same calendar day of each period you designate, or on the prior Business Day if the regular Send On date falls on a non-Business Day. In order to authorize a Repeating transfer, you agree to have a printer or other means to obtain a printed copy of your authorization for your records.
