Common use of Repetition Clause in Contracts

Repetition. The representations and warranties set out in this Clause 6: (a) shall survive the execution of each Credit Document and each Borrowing under the Credit Agreement; and (b) are made on the date of this Assignment and are deemed to be repeated on each date during the Security Period with reference to the facts and circumstances then existing.
