Existing Agreements The Executive represents to the Company that he is not subject or a party to any employment or consulting agreement, non-competition covenant or other agreement, covenant or understanding which might prohibit him from executing this Agreement or limit his ability to fulfill his responsibilities hereunder.
Execution of Additional Agreements In executing, or accepting the agencies created by, any additional agreement permitted by this Agreement, or the modifications of the agencies created by this Agreement, the Global Agent shall be entitled to conclusively rely upon a written opinion of counsel stating that the execution of such additional agreement is authorized or permitted by this Agreement, that all conditions precedent to such additional agreement have been satisfied and that such additional agreement constitutes the legal, valid and binding obligation of Issuer enforceable in accordance with its terms and subject to customary exceptions.
Financing Agreements The School shall comply with Ch. 37D, HRS, relating to financing agreements. “Financing agreement” means any lease purchase agreement, installment sale agreement, loan agreement, line of credit or other agreement of the department or, with the approval of the director, and any agency, to finance the improvement, use or acquisition of real or personal property that is or will be owned or operated by one or more agencies of the State, the department or any agency, or to refinance previously executed financing agreements including certificates of participation relating thereto. The School shall not act as a guarantor of any such financing agreement.
AGREEMENTS AND DECLARATIONS 6.1 It is agreed between the Landlord and the Tenant that if at any time:
Local Agreements Disputes arising under signed local agreements, which are supplementary to the Labour Agreement, shall be subject to the grievance procedure contained herein.
Mutual Agreements No Nurse shall be required or permitted to make any written or verbal agreement with the Employer, its representatives or immediate management supervisors, which is contrary to the terms of this Collective Agreement. This will not prevent a Nurse from making a temporary arrangement with the Employer, its representatives or immediate supervisors, when such an arrangement does not affect other Nurses in the Bargaining Unit.
