Replaced Components Sample Clauses

Replaced Components. Any of the Licensed Product components which are replaced will be subject to the same terms and conditions, including, but not limited to the terms and conditions specified in Section 10, as the original Licensed Products, and any repaired or replacement part of the OnDemand Systems shall be warranted on the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
