Replacement Amortization Schedules. After giving effect to any voluntary prepayments hereunder (other than as a result of the Bond Financing), the Borrower Representative shall have the right to receive an updated amortization schedule twice during the term hereof upon request to the Administrative Agent which payment schedule will be based on a twenty-five (25) year amortization schedule and included thereafter as Parts 1 and/or 2, of Schedule 2.03, as applicable.
