Replacement clause; changes and additions. (a) This Agreement shall enter into force upon the beginning of the provision of services in relation to the service agreement on which the contract data processing is based and, once entered into force in its area of application, shall supersede any potentially existing agreements between the Parties for processing (data) on behalf. (b) All changes and additions to this Agreement, as well as all ancillary agreements, must be in written or text form to be effective.
