Common use of Replacement of Debenture Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Debenture. (a) In case this Debenture shall be mutilated, defaced, lost, destroyed or stolen, the Company, subject to Applicable Laws, shall issue and the Transfer Agent shall certify and deliver a new Debenture of like date and tenor as the one mutilated, defaced, lost, destroyed or stolen in exchange for and in place of and upon cancellation of such Debenture and in lieu of and in substitution for such mutilated, defaced, lost, destroyed or stolen Debenture, and the new Debenture shall be entitled to the benefit hereof and rank equally in accordance with its terms with all other Debenture.
