REPLACEMENT OF LEASE INDENTURE TRUSTEE. A resignation or removal of the Lease Indenture Trustee or the Security Agent and appointment of a successor Lease Indenture Trustee or Security Agent shall become effective only upon the successor Lease Indenture Trustee's acceptance of appointment as provided in this Section. The Lease Indenture Trustee or the Security Agent may resign in writing at any time and be discharged from the trust hereby created by so notifying the Owner Lessor. The Noteholders of a majority in principal amount of the then outstanding Lessor Notes may remove the Lease Indenture Trustee or the Security Agent by so notifying the Lease Indenture Trustee or the Security Agent and the Owner Lessor in writing. The Owner Lessor may by a Board Resolution remove the Lease Indenture Trustee or the Security Agent if:
