Common use of Replacement of Previous Agreements Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Previous Agreements. This Agreement replaces and supersedes all verbal or oral agreements, understandings and undertakings between the Finance Parties, or any one thereof, and the Cdn Borrower relating to the Facilities, the whole subject to and except for the letter agreement contemplated in Section 8.2.
